CLARO CR Series cartridge filters are made from high impact, non corrosive, UV stable materials capable of withstanding high pressures and the unrelenting harsh Australian climate. They are light weight, compact in size and excellent for applications where saving water is a priority and backwashing may not be practical.
The heart of the CLARO CR filter is the pleated filter element, manufactured from a durable high grade polyester with extra fine fibre blending for efficient filtration. This results in crystalclear water with minimal filtration run time, thus saving valuable resources.
The CLARO CR cartridge filter incorporates a heavy duty lock ring, which makes removal of the cartridge element for cleaning extremely quick and easy.
In addition, all CLARO CR cartridge filters come complete with a high quality stainless steel oil filled pressure gauge, automatic internal air bleed tube, multiple inlet/outlet ports and barrel unions (for easy installation and quick disconnection) and a screw type manual air bleed valve.
